Who is an Ambassador?

Every walker who raises $5 or more is an Ambassador. The Ambassador’s role in PartnershipsInAction Walk is two-fold: to spread awareness and raise funds.

What is Ambassador 1000 program?

The Partnership Walk Ambassador 1000 program recognizes walkers who collect individual sponsorships totaling $1,000 or more. Each Ambassador receives special Partnership Walk merchandise and for each $1,000 raised individuals are entered in a drawing to win a fabulous prize in each Walk city.

This program accounts for 2% of all funds raised at the Walk each year and as such is a highly valued program.

The Ambassador's Role

• Understanding that the money they raise will have a direct impact on the lives of millions in need.
• Setting goals four to six months ahead of the event.
• Building a timeline and checklist of steps to help reach desired goals.
• Using innovative strategies to spread their message and raise funds.
