Partnership Walk San Antonio

3,000 turned out to participate the in first San Antonio Partnership Walk at Hemisfair Park to show their support for ending global poverty. The Walk raised $300,000. 100% of the funds raised at Partnership Walk go directly to projects supported by the Foundation; not a cent is spent on administration. The San Antonio Partnership Walk is an initiative of Aga Khan Foundation U.S.A. (AKF USA) to raise awareness and funds that reduce poverty, hunger, illiteracy and poor health in Africa and Asia.

Code Blue Dance Team: The St. Mary's University Code Blue Dance Team is a competitive, collegiate dance team specializing in jazz, hip-hop, high-kick, pom, and lyrical dance styles. Teokalli Aztec Dancers: Ancient Aztec dance that honors native peoples’ balance of spiritual development and man’s relationship with nature.
Whirling Dervishes: Whirling Dervishes is a Sufi order founded in the 13th century, in what is modern-day Turkey, by the world-renowned philosopher and mystical poet Mevlana Jalal-al-Din Rumi, popularly known as "Rumi." The practice of whirling is a form of remembrance of God.
